Ingredients

  • 1 bag mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups cooked and cubed chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup dried onion rings
  • 1/2 teaspoon season salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl: mixed vegetables, cooked and cubed chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, dried onion rings, and season salt.
  3. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle an additional 1/2 cup of dried onion rings on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
