Ingredients

  • 8 pork chops
  • 8 large potatoes
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cups water
  • 5 chopped carrots
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Grease a Dutch oven.
  2. Lightly flour the pork chops.
  3. Brown both sides of the pork chops on the stove.
  4. Add all ingredients except potatoes and carrots to the Dutch oven.
  5. Cook the pork chops in the oven for 1 hour at 375°F.
  6. Add a little more water, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  7. Add potatoes and carrots to the Dutch oven.
  8. Cook for an additional hour until vegetables are tender.
  9. Serve piping hot.
