  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 pt pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the chicken, skinned if desired, in oil in a skillet.
  2. Reduce heat and pour pizza sauce over the chicken.
  3. Cover and simmer for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours until chicken is tender.
  4. Alternatively, place browned chicken in a baking pan, pour sauce over, cover, and bake at 325°F for about 2 hours.
