Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut up and skin removed or 6 chicken breasts, skinned
  • 3 cans cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Place salt and pepper on the chicken pieces and arrange them in a baking dish.
  2. Pour the three cans of cream of chicken soup over the chicken, covering it completely.
  3. Cover the dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 2 hours, or until the chicken is tender.
  4. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 to 15 minutes to let the gravy thicken slightly.
  5. Serve hot, with the flavorful gravy spooned over the tender chicken.
