Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. crawfish tails
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1/3 cup onion tops
  • seasoning

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion in butter until transparent.
  2. Add golden mushroom soup and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Add crawfish tails and simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
  4. Add parsley and onion tops.
  5. Season the dish to taste.
