Ingredients

  • 1/2 None red, yellow or green pepper, deseeded and cut into chunks
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 1 bunch radishes, diced
  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 150 g full fat yoghurt
  • 1 dash tabasco
  • 1 pinch paprika

Instructions

  1. To make the cream cheese dip, put the cream cheese in a bowl and mix in the diced peppers. Add a pinch of paprika to taste.
  2. For the radish dip, begin by mixing the cottage cheese and the yoghurt. Add a dash of tabasco and season, then stir in the radishes. Serve with rice cakes or crudites.
