Ingredients

  • 1 can pink salmon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp lemon rind, grated
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill weed
  • dash of pepper
  • cheese
  • 4 bagels

Instructions

  1. Drain the salmon and mash it in a bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice, grated lemon rind, dried dill weed, and a dash of pepper to the salmon and mix lightly.
  3. Split and toast the bagels.
  4. Spread each bagel half with soft cream cheese.
  5. Top with the salmon mixture.
  6. Garnish with dill and thin tomato slices.
  7. Serve open-faced.
