Simple Sheet Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 box cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 c. water

Instructions

  1. Pour oil into 9 x 13-inch pan; tilt pan until oil covers bottom.
  2. Combine cake mix, eggs and water in pan.
  3. Stir with fork until blended (about 2 minutes).
  4. Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Use knife to loosen sides of cake before serving from pan.
  6. (Don't use if cake is to be taken out of the pan and frosted.)
