Ingredients

  • 4 lb. country style spareribs
  • 2 c. white Sauterne wine
  • 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from ribs and arrange in a single layer in a shallow pan.
  2. Combine white Sauterne wine, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture over the ribs.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, basting occasionally.
