Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless sirloin
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 mushrooms
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 6 slices of pineapple

Instructions

  1. Cut beef into small cubes.
  2. Place beef in a glass dish.
  3. Mix soy sauce, sherry, olive oil, ground ginger, sugar, and garlic powder; pour over beef.
  4. Marinate for 1 to 3 hours in refrigerator.
  5. Alternate beef, mushrooms, green pepper chunks, onion chunks, and pineapple pieces on 6 kabobs.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 20 minutes, depending on desired doneness.
