Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. quick cooking oats

Instructions

  1. Mix together sugar, milk, oleo, and cocoa in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Add quick cooking oats to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto waxed paper to cool and set.
