Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 large bag shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pint heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Place frozen hash browns in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese evenly over the potatoes.
  3. Pour heavy cream and melted butter over the top.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, and add a pinch of paprika if desired.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1½ hours, or until golden and bubbly.
