Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine.
  2. Beat high speed for 5 minutes.
  3. Put 1 vanilla wafer in miniature (2-inch) baking cup.
  4. Put 1 tablespoon of batter in each.
  5. Bake 15 minutes in 350° oven.
  6. Cool and put on desired fruit topping.
