Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground chuck
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 1/4 package spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) package crescent dinner rolls

Instructions

  1. Cook ground chuck and chopped onion together until the meat crumbles and is browned.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix, and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Spoon the meat mixture into a lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
  4. Top with sour cream and sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
  5. Unroll the crescent dinner rolls and place them on top of the cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
