Ingredients

  • 1 large purple onion
  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 can English peas, drained
  • 1 small bag radishes
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion, cucumbers, tomatoes, and radishes in a large bowl.
  2. Add the drained corn and English peas to the bowl.
  3. Pour Italian dressing over all the ingredients and toss to combine.
  4. Chill for about 1 hour before serving.
