Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp margarine or butter
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 (7.5 oz) packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a 10-inch nonstick skillet over low heat, melt margarine with garlic powder.
  2. Coat biscuits with grated Parmesan cheese, then place in skillet, overlapping slightly.
  3. Cover; cook over low heat for 8 minutes or until the underside is browned.
  4. Invert biscuits onto a plate, then slide them back into the skillet.
  5. Cover again and cook for an additional 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
