Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 3 small onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 c. cooked tomatoes
  • 1 c. uncooked macaroni
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Put oil in skillet.
  2. Add hamburger, onions, and green pepper. Brown.
  3. Pour off excess grease and add cooked tomatoes.
  4. Simmer for 1 hour.
  5. Add macaroni and cook another 20 minutes or until tender.
