Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frankfurters, cut penny fashion
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo
  • 15 oz. can Spanish rice
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 c. French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Brown frankfurters in oleo in a skillet.
  2. Add rice, green beans, catsup, and seasoned salt to the skillet.
  3. Simmer until heated through.
  4. Sprinkle French fried onions on top before serving.
