Skinny Dipping
Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained ⓘ
- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted ⓘ
- 1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt ⓘ
- 1/2 tomato ⓘ
- 1/4 cup low-fat plain kefir (yogurt drink) ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar ⓘ
Instructions
- Blend black beans, avocado, Greek yogurt, tomato, kefir, thyme, chives, mint, basil, hot sauce, vinegar, and sea salt in a blender until well combined; refrigerate until chilled, 1 hour to overnight.
