Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. fresh corn
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Combine corn, sugar, salt and pepper.
  2. Add eggs and mix.
  3. Add butter to milk; heat until butter is melted.
  4. Blend the milk with the corn and egg.
  5. Put into baking dish; bake at 325° for 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean.
