Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • paprika
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes and slice fairly thin.
  2. Mix oil, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing cup.
  3. Place potato slices in a baking dish, overlapping slices in rows.
  4. Pour the oil mixture over the potatoes.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes or until light brown.
