Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) deep pie crust (unbaked)
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut

Instructions

  2. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes until the center is solid.
