Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. light corn oil spread
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup frozen egg substitute, thawed
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray an 8-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a pot over low heat, melt the light corn oil spread.
  4. Add sugar and blend well until combined.
  5. Remove from heat, then stir in cocoa and vanilla extract.
  6. Add thawed egg substitute and stir to blend thoroughly.
  7. Stir in flour and chopped walnuts until just combined.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from the sides of the pan.
  10. Cool the brownies in the pan.
  11. Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar before serving.
