Ingredients

  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp salad dressing
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup cracker meal
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • vegetable oil for pan frying

Instructions

  1. Mix prepared mustard, salad dressing, and egg together in a bowl.
  2. Add crab meat, salt, pepper, dry mustard, cracker meal, and chopped parsley to the mixture.
  3. Gently mix to combine without breaking up the crab meat.
  4. Form the mixture into small cakes.
  5. Fry the cakes in a small amount of vegetable oil until browned on both sides, or broil them.
