Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
  • marmalade or cottage cheese
  • melted butter

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs until fluffy.
  2. Add salt, sugar, milk and flour. Beat until smooth.
  3. Drop pancake-sized thin coatings of batter onto a hot, well-greased griddle.
  4. Brown slowly on both sides.
  5. Spread evenly with marmalade or cottage cheese.
  6. Roll up and drizzle with melted butter.
  7. Serve warm.
