Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving the juice.
  2. Combine pineapple, cream cheese, onion, green bell pepper, pecans, and seasoned salt in a bowl; mix well.
  3. Add enough pineapple juice to reach the desired consistency.
  4. Serve with chips or crackers.
