Ingredients

  • round steak
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • golden mushroom soup
  • 1/2 package Lipton onion soup

Instructions

  1. Cut the round steak into small pieces and brown them in oil.
  2. Add chopped onion to the browned steak.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place golden mushroom soup and Lipton onion soup on top of the browned steak and onions.
  5. Cover and cook on the stove for 2 hours.
  6. Add water as needed during cooking.
  7. Serve the stew over noodles or rice.
