Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. beef tips
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  1. In an electric frypan, heat to about 300°F and melt the butter.
  2. Add the beef tips and reduce the heat to 250°F.
  3. Cover with water and cook slowly for about 1.5 hours or until tender.
  4. Let boil dry.
  5. Mix the gravy as directed on the package.
  6. Pour in the mushrooms.
  7. Cook the beef tips, gravy, and mushrooms on low for about 15 minutes, then serve.
