Slow Cooker Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 1/3 cups frozen sweet corn
  • 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease crockpot.
  2. In mixing bowl blend cream cheese, eggs and sugar.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Transfer to crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on High 3 to 4 hours.
