  • 2 lb. lean stew beef
  • 1 envelope seasoning mix for Sloppy Joes
  • 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 1 c. coarsely sliced celery
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker; stir to mix ingredients.
  2. Cover and cook about 10 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on high.
  3. Serve with hot cooked noodles or rice.
