Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, cocoa, soda, sugar, and salt together and make 3 wells in the mixture.
  2. Put the vinegar in one well and the melted butter in the remaining wells.
  3. Pour 1 cup cold water over all and beat the mixture well.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
