Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 5 or 6 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • parsley flakes
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together the smoked sausage, cubed potatoes, chopped onion, parsley flakes, and black pepper in a baking dish.
  2. Pour 1 inch of water into the bottom of the dish to cover the ingredients.
  3. Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil.
  4. Bake until the potatoes are tender, approximately 60 minutes.
