Ingredients

  • 10 slices bacon
  • 1 (8 oz.) package crescent rolls
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread crescent rolls to cover the bottom of a greased 9 x 11-inch pan.
  3. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese and crumbled bacon evenly over the dough.
  4. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, and minced onion.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layered dough, cheese, and bacon.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the egg mixture is firm and golden brown.
  7. Cut into squares and serve warm.
