Ingredients

  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 to 2 Tbsp liquid smoke
  • 2 to 3 lb beef brisket

Instructions

  1. Combine garlic salt, onion salt, and celery salt; pour over brisket and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Place the marinated brisket in a roasting pan.
  3. Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil and place the lid on the roaster.
  4. Bake at 250°F (120°C) for 5 hours without removing the lid during baking.
  5. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
  6. Slice and serve.
