Ingredients

  • 15 1/2 oz. can salmon
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 2 drops liquid smoke
  • 1/2 cup green onions

Instructions

  1. Drain the salmon and reserve 2 tablespoons of the salmon liquid.
  2. Flake the salmon and set aside.
  3. Combine and blend the cream cheese, salmon liquid, lemon juice, horseradish, and liquid smoke until smooth.
  4. Fold in the flaked salmon and sliced green onions.
  5. Refrigerate the dip until chilled to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
