Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (1 inch thick)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can water
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • oil for browning

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork chops in oil in a frying pan.
  2. Place the browned pork chops in a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
  3. Mix together the cream of celery soup, water, catsup, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the pork chops.
  5. Cover the dish and bake in a 325°F oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
