Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 5 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Chop the lettuce and green onions.
  2. Add sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour vinegar over the chopped vegetables.
  4. Cut the bacon into strips and fry until crisp.
  5. Place the bacon on top of the lettuce mixture.
  6. Pour hot bacon drippings over all.
  7. Toss the ingredients and serve immediately.
