Smothered Venison Cubes

Instructions
- Remove any visible fat from meat.
- Cut into 1-inch cubes. Dredge cubes in flour and brown in hot fat.
- Add onions and brown lightly.
- Thin the sour cream by adding the water slowly, stirring until smooth cream is formed.
- Add cheese, salt and pepper.
- Cover the browned meat cubes with sour cream mixture.
- Simmer until tender, about 2 hours.
- Add more water, if necessary.
- Serve on rice or noodles.
