Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 2 c. catsup
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine evaporated milk, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, and onion soup mix; blend well.
  2. Let stand for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add ground meat; mix well. Mixture will be moist.
  4. Shape into balls, using one tablespoon for each.
  5. Place on rack in broiler pan.
  6. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes; do not turn.
  7. Combine remaining Worcestershire sauce and remaining ingredients in a saucepan; cook, stirring until heated through.
  8. Add meatballs; serve.
