Ingredients

  • 2 c. crushed crackers or pretzels
  • 1 c. oleo, melted
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed crackers or pretzels with oleo and sugar; press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar well. Add Cool Whip and beat until fluffy.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cracker crust.
  4. Spread pie filling over the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
  6. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers or other desired toppings on top before serving.
