Ingredients

  • 8 oz. fillet of sole
  • 2 oz. crab meat
  • 2 oz. small shrimp
  • 2 thin slices tomato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Butter a casserole dish.
  2. Place the sole fillet at the bottom of the dish.
  3. Top the sole with crab meat and small shrimp.
  4. Add slices of tomato over the seafood.
  5. Sauté crushed garlic in 1 tablespoon of butter and pour over the dish.
  6. Place slices of mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
