Ingredients

  • lettuce
  • cauliflower
  • broccoli
  • frozen English peas
  • green onions, chopped
  • 1/3 c. bacon bits or fresh crumbled bacon
  • celery
  • carrots
  • 1 pkg. Italian Good Seasons dressing
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Layer in salad bowl the first 8 ingredients.
  2. Sprinkle with Italian Good Seasons dressing.
  3. Put layer of mayonnaise (spread gently on top).
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cover tightly. Refrigerate 24 hours.
  6. Toss just before serving.
