Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
  • 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 9-inch deep dish pie crust
  • Parmesan cheese to taste
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the spaghetti sauce mix, tomato paste, and water; simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Place half of the meat mixture in the pie crust.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add the remaining meat mixture and sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Top with the remaining Mozzarella cheese and bake until the cheese melts.
