Sopa De Macaroni
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil ⓘ
- 1 lb pork roast, cubed ⓘ
- 1 onion, chopped ⓘ
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed ⓘ
- 2 lbs chicken legs ⓘ
- 6 cups chicken stock ⓘ
- 3 cups water ⓘ
- 4 potatoes, chopped ⓘ
- tomatoes ⓘ
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded ⓘ
- 2 carrots, chopped ⓘ
- 2 ears corn, cut into 1/3s
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons salt ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons pepper ⓘ
- 1 cup elbow macaroni ⓘ
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot.
- Add pork and onion; cook until browned.
- Add garlic.
- Add chicken.
- Add stock and water; cook 1 hour.
- Add veggies, salt and pepper; cook 45 minutes.
- Last 15 minutes add pasta.
