Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 lb pork roast, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 lbs chicken legs
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 3 cups water
  • 4 potatoes, chopped
  • tomatoes
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 ears corn, cut into 1/3s
  • 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot.
  2. Add pork and onion; cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic.
  4. Add chicken.
  5. Add stock and water; cook 1 hour.
  6. Add veggies, salt and pepper; cook 45 minutes.
  7. Last 15 minutes add pasta.
