- Grease and flour an oblong baking pan.
- Spread half of the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle with half of the brown sugar mixture over the batter.
- Top with half of the crushed pineapple.
- Repeat layers with remaining batter, brown sugar mixture, and pineapple.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes until golden and set.
