Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
  • 1 can Staggs chicken or beef chili
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese and spread it evenly in a glass pie plate.
  2. Pour the can of chili on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Distribute green chilies over the chili.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over all.
  5. Warm in the microwave until the cheese melts, or bake in the oven until warm.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips, potato chips, or crackers.
