Ingredients

  • 1 pound trimmed boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt-free Mexican seasoning or rub (I used Southwest Chipotle Mrs. Dash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill to high heat.
  2. Toss the chicken breast with the olive oil and season both sides with seasoning and salt.
  3. Grill the chicken until it is no longer pink inside, about 5 minutes per side.
