Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta ruffles
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped cilantro, milk, lime juice, chopped jalapeno pepper, and salt.
