Ingredients

  • 1 carrot (2 inches worth)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Slice the carrot in half lengthwise.
  2. Score slices deeply, making the cuts close together.
  3. Drizzle with soy sauce and let stand 30 minutes.
  4. Chop.
