Ingredients

  • 1 cup soaked soy beans or pinto beans
  • 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons oil (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Soak the soy beans and pinto beans for 24 hours.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend until very fine and light.
  4. Bake 7 or 8 minutes on a hot, sprayed waffle iron.
  5. Serve with pureed fresh, frozen, or canned fruit, sweetened as desired.
